Frequently Asked Questions

Our plan is $29.99 per month — that's it. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no annual contract. You pay month to month and cancel whenever you want.

Everything you need to have a professional website running:

• Custom website design
• Hosting with SSL (the padlock in your browser)
• Your domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.com)
• Ongoing maintenance and security
• Content updates (up to 2 hours of changes per month)
• Basic SEO setup

You don't need to deal with hosting accounts, domain registrars, or any technical setup. We handle all of it.

No. We build a free homepage preview first, and you only pay if you decide to move forward. Your first month is $29.99 and every month after is the same. A standard domain is included in your subscription — no extra registration fee. The only time extra costs come up is if you want a premium domain name, a major redesign, or additional pages beyond the original scope, which we'd always discuss and agree on in writing beforehand.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment platform. You'll be billed automatically each month. Your card information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Just email us at hello@805pixel.com. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you won't be charged after that. We don't refund partial months.

You own everything you give us: your business name, logo, photos, and written content. The website's design and code belong to 805 Pixel and are licensed to you while your subscription is active. That's how we keep the price at $29.99/month with no setup fee.

If you cancel, your website goes offline, we'll send you a copy of the content you provided (just ask within 14 days), and we'll transfer your domain to you for free. If you'd like to own the code itself, that requires a separate written agreement, so just ask. The details are in our Terms of Service.

We register and manage your domain on your behalf, so you never have to deal with a registrar. If you cancel, we'll transfer the domain to you at no cost. Just ask in writing within 60 days of cancelling.

We start by creating a free homepage preview for your business. If you like it, we finalize the design and launch your site.

Most websites are completed and launched within 2–3 weeks after approval.

We just need basic business information, photos (if you have them), and any specific details you'd like included.

Simply send us an email or text with your changes. We take care of the rest.

Yes. Your plan includes up to 2 hours of update work every month at no extra cost: text edits, photo swaps, business hours or contact changes, and minor layout tweaks. Unused time doesn't roll over. New pages, redesigns, or big structural changes are quoted separately and agreed in writing first.

We set up your site with SEO best practices to help it appear on Google. Results depend on competition and other factors outside anyone's control, so we can't guarantee specific rankings.

No. We handle domain registration and management as part of your plan.

Yes. Hosting is included and managed by us.

Every site includes SSL (the padlock in your browser) and runs on secure, managed hosting that we keep up to date. No website can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we handle the technical side so you don't have to.

No problem. We can redesign your existing site and improve its look, performance, and usability.

Then you don't pay anything. Your homepage sample is free, and you only sign up if you like it. After you sign up, we refine the design with you before launch.

Not at all. We handle everything technical so you don't have to.
